At this point, tilt your head away from this side, whilst simultaneously moving your hand away from the side of your head.

Lie on your back.
Bend your affected leg in towards you until you can clasp your hands together behind your thigh.
Hold this position with your leg supported in your arms and slowly straighten out your knee until you reach the point of tension.
Do not push further past this point.
Lower your foot slightly and lift your head to your chest and then relax your head back as you raise your foot again. Perform this exercise in one fluid movement.

3.'Neurodynamics' Radial Nerve

Lie on your back with your affected arm by your side, facing in to your hip.
Ensure you keep your neck long throughout this exercise.
Bend your wrist in, and then start moving your arm away from your side, making sure you do not allow your shoulder to hunch.
If your arm reaches the same height as your shoulder, stop the movement and begin to rotate your forearm inwards.
When you feel a stretch begin, ease off until it goes, and repeat the movement.

4'Neurodynamics' Median Nerve

Stand up straight with your affected arm held in front of you at shoulder height.
Turn your palm to face the floor, and then drop your wrist so that your hand flops.
Next, bring your forearm up towards the side of your head, bending your elbow.
Allow your forearm to rotate back as far as it can go while simultaneously extending your wrist backwards.
When you begin to feel a stretch, return your arm to the starting position, and then repeat the sequence.

5'Neurodynamics' Peroneal Nerve

Lie on your back with your affected leg bent.
Interlink your fingers behind your thigh, and turn your foot inwards.
Slowly straighten your knee until you feel a gentle tension in your nerve.
At this point, simultaneously bend your knee a little whilst relaxing your foot, and lift your chin to your chest.
Repeat the motion, lowering your head while raising your leg.
