Morton's neuroma is a condition in which the tissue around a nerve in the foot thickens and causes pain, numbness, and tingling in the affected area. While exercise cannot cure Morton's neuroma, it can help manage the symptoms and improve mobility.
1.Heel Raises
Stand up straight facing a wall. Place both hands on the wall in front of you for support. Rise up onto the balls of your feet then lower your heels back to the floor. Continue this movement at a fast pace.
2.plantar Fascia Massage
Sit up straight in a chair. Place a spikey ball on the floor and put the foot you would like to work on top of the ball. With gentle to moderate pressure, roll your foot over the ball. Focus on the softer areas of your foot, rather than the hard areas. Continue this motion at a pressure that is tolerable to you.
3.Toe Flexion/Extension
Lying or sitting. Bend and straighten your toes briskly.
4.Heel Raise With Plantar Fascia Stretch
Stand tall on one leg, the forefoot on the edge of a step and a towel roll placed under the toes. Take support if needed. Push up onto your toes, hold at the top. Lower the heel towards the floor in a controlled manner.
5.Toe Gripping A Towel
Stand or sit with your foot at one end of a towel. Keep your heel on the floor and curl your toes to crumple the towel towards you. Relax and start again.
