Top 5 Exercises For Flat...

Exercises that can help include stretching and strengthening the foot muscles, calf muscles, and the Achilles tendon, as well as balance and proprioception exercises.

1.Soleus Stretch

Stand up straight close to a supportive surface.
Take a small step backwards with your affected leg.
Keep your toes pointing forwards and your heel on the floor.

You should feel this stretch in your lower calf, at the back of your heel.
Hold this position.

2.Plantar Fascia Stretch

Place a small ball underneath the arch of your foot.
Apply pressure down on the ball, and roll the ball from the base of the heel up to the base of the great toe.

3.Foot/arch Metatarsal Doming Strengthening

Sit up straight in a chair.
Place your foot flat on the floor.

You should be able to see your toenails throughout this exercise.
Hold this position.
