I had an ACL sprain and a severe Grade 1 MCL injury from a football game. After trying physio sessions at another center with little improvement, I decided to give CB Physiotherapy a shot, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. The place is well-equipped, and the care they provide is top-notch. Dr. Diksha was assigned to me, and she was amazing from the start. She took the time to really listen to my concerns and came up with a structured recovery plan. Her constant motivation to stick to daily exercises at home and keep up with icing made all the difference. What impressed me the most was her dedication. Even on days when she wasn’t feeling well, she showed up and made sure I stayed on track. Her expertise is incredible—she quickly figured out that apart from my ACL and MCL injuries, I also had a hamstring issue, which no one had noticed before. She adjusted my exercises accordingly, and within just a month, I was walking, running, and back to normal activities. CB Physiotherapy genuinely prioritizes their patients. They’re flexible with timings, and if your therapist is unavailable (which rarely happens), they ensure someone else steps in so your recovery isn’t delayed. Overall, I had a great experience and can’t thank Dr. Diksha enough for her care and patience with me—I wasn’t exactly the easiest patient to deal with! One small suggestion for the center: I really think the hardworking team there deserves a break. A trip or some fun outing could help them recharge and come back even stronger.
