4.Temporomandibular Joint Lateral Deviation Strengthening


Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor.
Relax your jaw, opening your mouth slightly.
Place your palm on your cheek.
Move your lower jaw into your palm, resisting the movement with your hand.
Hold this position.
Perform this exercise with your palm on your other cheek.

5.Temporomandibular Joint Depression Strengthening Isometric


Sit upright with your feet flat on the floor.
Place your fist under your chin.
Try to open your jaw, resisting the movement by applying a gentle pressure upwards with your fist.
Hold this pressure for the indicated amount of time.
