EXERCISES CAN HELP IN MANAGING TORTICOLLIS.

Exercises can be helpful in managing torticollis, also known as wry neck, which is a condition where the neck muscles are abnormally tightened or contracted causing a tilted or twisted head. Stretching and strengthening exercises for the neck, performed under the guidance of a physical therapist, can help improve range of motion, reduce pain and improve the overall function of the neck muscles.
