EXERCISES CAN HELP IN MANAGING MORTON'S NEUROMA

Morton's neuroma is a condition in which the tissue around a nerve in the foot thickens and causes pain, numbness, and tingling in the affected area. While exercise cannot cure Morton's neuroma, it can help manage the symptoms and improve mobility.

Place both hands on the wall in front of you for support.
Rise up onto the balls of your feet then lower your heels back to the floor.
Continue this movement at a fast pace.

Sit up straight in a chair.
Place a spikey ball on the floor and put the foot you would like to work on top of the ball.

Continue this motion at a pressure that is tolerable to you.
