3.Hallux Big Toe Distraction


Sit in a comfortable position.
Place the foot you would like to do this exercise across the thigh of your other leg.
Hold the base of your big toe with the thumb and two fingers of your hand on the same side.
With some moderate grip around your toe with your other hand, pull your toe directly away from your foot.
You may feel a slight gapping at the base joint of your toe.
Hold this position, and then relax the pressure.
Repeat as directed.

4.Toe Abduction


Sit up straight in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Practicing spreading your toes out, particularly your big toe.
Attempt to keep your toes straight and in contact with the floor as you do this.

5.Heel Raises


Stand straight and point your toes in towards each other.
Keeping this position with your feet, lift your heels off the ground, then control the return to the start position.
