Hold as directed and then slowly return to the start position and repeat.

4.Hamstring Curl


Lie on your front with your legs straight.
Bend your affected knee, bringing your heel towards your buttocks.
Hold and then slowly lower back to the start position and then repeat.

5.Knee Quadriceps Strengthening


Start in a seated position with your legs stretched out.
Stretch out your affected knee as far as possible.
Hold, and then return to the starting position.
