I was diagnosed with ankle sprain a year ago, consulted many doctors and took Pain killers but nothing worked ,I went to cb Saket after searching on Google ,where got treatment from Dr Nida ,she analysed my condition and worked on pain management after that focused on ankle strengthening ,after 14 session I'm feeling much better .continuing with home exercises.Highly recommend her.
