3.Trunk Twists


Sit with equal weight on both buttocks, arms crossed at 90 degrees out from the chest. Rotate from your upper back as far as you can to one side, without moving your weight to the side. Keep looking at your hands. Change sides.

4.Hamstring Stretch


Sit upright on a bed or couch.
Place your leg to be stretched straight out on the bed.
Keep your other leg down with your foot on the floor.
Keeping your back straight, lean forwards until you feel the stretch in the back of your leg.
Hold this position.

5.Knee Hugs


Lie on your back with both legs straight.
Bring one knee in towards your chest, using your arms on your shin to help with the movement.
At the point where you feel a stretch, hold this position.
