1.Bridge Core/gluteals Strengthening,

Place a resistance band loop around both thighs, just above your knees.
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

Raise your hips up into a bridge, keeping the knees hips width apart.
Control the movement back down to the start position, maintaining constant tension on the band.

2.Jogging

Stand up straight with a clear area around you.
Bounce lightly up and down on the balls of your feet.
Spring from one foot to the other.
It is ok to gently touch the floor with one foot as you land on the other.

Continue this movement.
Ensure you land gently and spring back up from the balls of your feet.
There is no need to jump high in this exercise.

3.Squatting

When ready, bend both of your knees into a semi-squatting position, allowing your hands to slide forwards and your hips to move slightly backward.
Push back up to the starting position through your legs.

4.Push Up

Start position is in the press up position with the arms directly under the shoulders, fingers facing forwards and the back and trunk level and straight with the toes on the floor.
