Kneel down on the floor with your legs hip-distance apart.
Kneel up high.
Tuck your toes underneath so that they are on the floor.
Lower your buttocks back to your heels.
You should feel a stretch in the arch of your feet.
Hold this position.

5.Foot/arch Metatarsal Doming Strengthening


Sit up straight in a chair.
Place your foot flat on the floor.
Keeping your toes straight, tighten the muscles through the sole of your foot.
Your arch should raise a little.
Ensure you do not curl your toes under.
You should be able to see your toenails throughout this exercise.
Hold this position.
