Alternate taking your hand to the opposite knee.
Change sides and keep repeating.


Stand on a Rocker board or balance board.
Practice weight transfer on the board, side to side.


Start: Start with your feet apart and a ball in your hands.
Movement: Bounce the ball from hand to hand, allowing yourself to relax and follow the movement.
