Due to vigrous exercise i got stiff neck. It caused me pain and discomfort , making it difficult to perform daily activities. Fortunately, i got the contact no of the centre from internet and got the appointment. The physiotherapist after assessment framed the treatment plan. The physiotherapist also gave some postural correction techniques to help alleviate neck pain. Best services
I was having adhesive capsulitis which lead to pain and stiffness in my shoulder joint. I got an appointment at the centre and the physiotherapist gave me manual therapy and some strengethening exercises also recommended some exercises to improve my range of motion.
